Repairing.ae fixes phones, tablets and laptops for people across Dubai and the wider UAE, from one workshop in Deira. We collect your device free, repair it there, and bring it back free. Where we publish a price, you choose the repair and see what it costs as you book. We never repair devices on site.
We set the service up to remove the three things that make a repair stressful: not knowing the cost, not knowing where your device is, and learning about the warranty only after you have paid.

A repair, start to finish
You book
Pick your device, describe the fault, and choose free collection or workshop drop-off. Your booking number arrives straight away.
We collect, or you drop off
We confirm we can collect from your address and pick the device up free, or you bring it to our Deira workshop.
We diagnose
A technician inspects the device and records what they find. The diagnosis is free.
We confirm the repair
When the price depends on the diagnosis, we tell you the repair the device needs and what it costs.
We repair and check
The repair is carried out, and every device passes a quality check before it leaves us.
We return it, then you pay
Your device comes back to you, and payment is taken once the repair is complete.

Published prices show for your exact model as you book, so you pick the repair knowing what it costs.
Payment when it's done
You pay after the repair. If we can't fix your device, you're not charged for a repair that didn't happen.

Warranty stated upfront
Each repair’s warranty period is shown before you book, not discovered after you’ve paid.

Our workshop, and where we collect
Every repair is carried out at our workshop in Deira. Collection and return are free across major areas of Dubai and throughout the UAE, including Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain, and we confirm pickup for your address before your booking is final.
