Warranty Policy

Last updated:

Warranty length is set per repair, not as one blanket period, and it is always shown before you book, or with the price for a repair priced after diagnosis. This page explains what the warranty covers and how to claim.

1. Warranty periods vary by repair

Each repair has its own warranty period, set for that specific repair and device. It is shown next to the repair on our prices page and on your booking summary before you confirm, so you know it before you commit.

For a repair we price after diagnosis, we tell you the warranty period together with the price.

If a repair carries no warranty, it is shown as “No warranty” in the same places, so you know that before you book too.

2. What the warranty covers

The warranty covers the repair we carried out and the parts we fitted, for the period stated for that repair. If the repaired part or our workmanship develops a fault within that period, it is covered.

3. What it does not cover

Because the warranty covers the repair itself, it does not cover new damage that happens afterwards or faults unrelated to the repair, for example:

  • cracks, dents or other physical damage from a drop, knock or pressure after the repair;
  • liquid damage that happens after the repair;
  • damage caused by misuse or accidents;
  • faults in parts of the device we did not repair.

4. How to make a warranty claim

Call +971 50 164 0519 or message us on WhatsApp with your booking number and a description of the problem. Your invoice lists the repair and is the easiest way to find your booking number.
