A free collection from your address in Dubai or elsewhere in the UAE, or bring it to our Deira workshop yourself. The trip costs nothing either way.
We repair it
A priced repair goes ahead as booked. A fault that needs a look first is diagnosed free, and then we tell you the repair and its price.
We bring it back
Checked, then returned to you free, or ready to pick up in Deira if that suits you better. You pay once the repair is done, and its warranty, where it has one, is on record.

What happens once it reaches us
We repair in the workshop because that is where the diagnostic tools and test equipment are. Each device is tracked against its booking from the moment it arrives until it is tested and packed to go back.

Can you collect my device from International City?
Yes. Book online with your building and unit, and we collect the device from International City at a time that suits you, repair it at our Deira workshop and deliver it back. We confirm the collection window with you before the booking is finalised.
How long will a repair take from International City?
The repair time depends on the job, not on where you are, because every device is repaired at our workshop. A repair priced at booking shows its estimated time before you confirm; anything that needs diagnosing gets a timeframe along with its confirmed repair and price.
Is collection from International City free?
Yes. Collection from International City and delivery back after the repair are both free, and no collection or delivery charge is added to your booking.
Can I bring the device in myself?
Yes. Our workshop is in Deira, Dubai, and you can choose workshop drop-off at the collection step when you book.
